• Which brand of lubricant do you recommend for use with Yami?

  We recommend using a high quality water based lube, like Water-Based Lubricant. This should avoid the need to re-apply in the middle of use.

• What material is Yami made of? Is it safe?

  All Enjox products are 100% body safe. None of our products contain phthalates or any other harmful chemicals. We test our products thoroughly and consider health safety as a top priority!

  Yami is made from 100% pure silicone.

• Can I use Yami in water?

  Yami is fully waterproof. You can use it during a shower or bath without any issues. Please be aware that Bluetooth connectivity in/under water is not stable!

• How to clean Yami?

  Clean with warm water and mild soap (or a sex toy cleaner) and dry thoroughly before storing.

  DO NOT boil in water (the battery may explode or water could leak into the toy).

• Can I use Yami anally?

  Yami is not designed for anal use. We strongly advise against using Yami anally, because it does not have a flared base. If you're interested in a product for anal use, please follow our other butt plug products.

• What does IPX7 Waterproof mean?

  IP stands for "Ingress Protection" and measures how well a device protects against solid objects and liquids.

  IPX means that the product has passed specific IP tests conducted by a certified independent company and has been tested against liquids.

  IPX7 rating means that the product can be submerged in water up to 1-meter-deep for 30 minutes.

• Sometimes the signal is weak and the connection with the app is unstable, what should I do?

  Metal and the human body have shielding effect on Bluetooth wireless signal, just like cell phone has no signal in the refrigerator, which is a law of physics.

  In order for Yami to have good signal while wearing, we placed the antenna at the button position.

  Please avoid the antenna being surrounded by human body or metal when using. Make sure the phone is facing towards your toy, and there is nothing between the phone and the toy.

  PS: Clothes will not affect the signal.
