• What material is Kite made from? Is it safe?

  All Enjox products are 100% body safe. None of our products contain phthalates or any other harmful chemicals. We test our products thoroughly and consider health safety as a top priority!

  Kite is made from 100% pure silicone.

• Can I use Kite in water?

  Kite is fully waterproof. You can use it during a shower or bath without any issues. Please be aware that Bluetooth connectivity in/under water is not stable!

• What does IPX7 Waterproof mean?

  IP stands for “Ingress Protection” and measures how well a device is protected from both solid objects and liquids.

  IPX means that the product passed a specific IP test done by a certified, independent company, and was tested for protection from liquids.

  IPX7 rating means that the product can be submerged up to 1 meter in water for 30 minutes.

• Why is the signal sometimes weak and the connection to the app unstable?

  Metal and human body have shielding effect on Bluetooth wireless signal, just like cell phone has no signal in the refrigerator, it is the law of physics.

  Kite uses built-in antenna (at the button position), the signal will be weakened if the antenna is surrounded by human body or metal when using.

  Please avoid the antenna is completely covered by human body or metal. Make sure the phone is facing towards your toy, and there is nothing between the phone and the toy.

  PS: Clothes will not affect the signal.

• What is the size of the matching panties and how do they hold the toy?

  The original package of Kite comes with a pair of special panties that work in conjunction with Kite to provide constant stimulation of the sensitive area.

  The panties are laced up to accommodate a variety of body types. For a tighter fit, you can also try wearing a pair of regular panties over the Kite panties.

  Considering that when the toy is secured with a magnet, the sliding of the magnet can cause the toy to become misaligned or even slip out of place, Kite's panties have been designed with a snap-on pouch that fits perfectly with the Kite so that the toy always stays in place while being worn.
